Paola Giles

After serving in the ABA field for a year, Paola took a meaningful break to focus on raising her son and nurturing her family. Upon coming to MBC, she brought a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper well of patience, compassion, and focus—qualities she feels are essential when working with individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Her life experience has only strengthened her commitment to providing consistent, empathetic, and effective care.

Paola is deeply dedicated to helping her clients make progress and celebrates every milestone—big or small. She values MBC’s uniquely positive environment, centered on doing what’s best for clients and their families.

Outside of work, Paola is a proud mom to her 3-year-old son and dog. She loves tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends—whether touring an amusement park, playing board games, or hosting backyard badminton nights.
