Natalie Shay
Registered Behavior Technician
With over four years of experience in the ABA field, Natalie first received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Communication, and is now earning her Masters degree for Applied Behavior Analysis to become a BCBA. She enjoys the diversity of clients that come to MBC and is thrilled that the practice offers support in so many different environments, including schools, homes and throughout the community.
A nature girl at heart, Natalie loves all things outdoors, like camping, kayaking, and hiking. When she must go indoors, she likes puzzles, cooking, and tending to her princess Maine Coon kitty who runs the house. Her favorite forms of self-care include taking baths, stretching, or going for long walks.

“My favorite part of MBC is the diversity of clients we serve, and that we also support so many different environments.”
