Desiree Toussaint

Desiree (Des) earned her B.S. in Psychology in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience to her role, with four years as a school paraprofessional, two years as an in-home RBT, and one year as a clinical RBT. She especially enjoys finding moments of curiosity and interest for her clients and turning them into opportunities for growth, as well as building strong connections with her coworkers.

Des keeps a busy schedule as both a high school paraprofessional TA and an RBT, while also pursuing graduate coursework to become a BCBA. Despite her packed days, she values time with family and friends and loves trying new foods and exploring different restaurants whenever she can.
