Ashley Zarate

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With four years of clinical experience, she’s developed a strong foundation in supporting clients with thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Ashley loves MBC’s strong sense of support among the team. She values the organization’s commitment to high-quality, intentional training and appreciates how ABA principles are thoughtfully integrated into every aspect of the work–not just with clients, but across the entire practice.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Ashley balances time between the city and the suburbs where her parents recently moved. She also works as a high school dance coach, combining her love of movement, music, and mentorship. Ashley enjoys solo time, long walks with a great playlist, and exploring new restaurants around the city.
