Syndi Salat

Syndi boasts over 30 years of insurance contracting and submissions, previously in the DME market. She loves coming to work every day at MBC and witnessing the great work the therapists are doing with their clients. A people person, Syndi enjoys the opportunity to interact with the parents and families of clients as well.

For Syndi, MBC is like a family, not a large corporate entity. She values its unique environment where every client and employee is treated as an individual.

A lifelong Chicago resident, Syndi has been married for 45 years and has 3 children (6 including spouses!) and 4 grandchildren. She loves being with her family, gardening, reading, collecting mermaids, and spending time in Door County whenever possible.
