Jessica Harris

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Although her background is rooted in clinical psychology, Jessica found her professional passion in Human Resources and has spent the past 12+ years growing her career in the field.

Throughout her HR journey, Jessica has held a variety of roles across several industries, including real estate, business process outsourcing, healthcare, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She’s thrilled to be at MBC and values working under leadership that truly understands the field of ABA. Jessica is inspired every day by the team’s commitment to the clients, families, and mission of the organization.

Originally from Minnesota, Jessica now lives in the Northern Suburbs with her husband and two sons, Theo (6.5) and Ollie (3). When she’s not at MBC, she loves spending time with family and friends, baking, organizing, exploring new restaurants, and working out at Pure Barre.
