Erica Schwab

Erica holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Elementary (K–8) and Special Education (K–12), and enjoys supporting students and staff in school settings. She appreciates that MBC places an emphasis on education and personal growth while also stressing the importance of growing together as a team and community. Outside of work, Erica loves spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband, four children, and dog. She enjoys running with friends, spending summers at camp, and recharging with a great hot yoga class.
